I had the most disrespectful experience at this office today!I had been charged for a same day cancellation which is understandable; however I woke up that morning very sick and I was feverish, coughing and full of mucus. I'm on a fixed income and honestly didn't have that extra income. I was told however that I could pay it in parts, but if you don't have it you don't have it. Dr. Kim is the best dentist I’ve had in a long time. She is thorough, listens well, and helped me with anxiety about the appointment. I trust that my care plan is accurate and well thought out. I really feel heard when I voice my concerns. Everyone who has helped me here from the receptionists to the assistants have been so helpful and caring. Shout out to the staff for being great! It’s a very clean and hospitable office with updated equipment, and it’s the only office where I actually look forward to appointments.
