Lakeside Smiles Review I cannot recommend Dr. Kim and Lakeside Smiles enough! I have been going to Dr. Kim for over 15 years, even before she opened her own private practice. When she opened Lakeside Smiles in Columbia, Maryland, I followed her there without hesitation and I’m so glad I did! Dr. Kim is truly amazing. This is THE WORST possible experience i have ever had. VERY unprofessional- i had my dental appt scheduled 6 months in advanced and when i show up to my appointment the lady at the desk smiled at me and said “sorry” she canceled my appointment because i asked if a reschedule was possible. Nothing was ever confirmed and she didnt even follow up or anything. She made me wait 1-1.5 hrs before she can take me in. I asked to speak to a manager and she said noone works at the site. Horrible professionalism, im blown away.
