This would be my third year at Lakeside Smiles. Dr. Kim is kind and patient and shows so much care. I also love the assistant, Lisa. She's very engaging and will brighten up your day. Even the ladies at the front desk are kind and professional. Overall, great environment and staff!

I had the most disrespectful experience at this office today!I had been charged for a same day cancellation which is understandable; however I woke up that morning very sick and I was feverish, coughing and full of mucus. I'm on a fixed income and honestly didn't have that extra income. I was told however that I could pay it in parts, but if you don't have it you don't have it.
