Go with this group! I mean it! I so appreciate Lakeside Septic for coming out last week. They did a stellar job, and were very HONEST with me. He could have come away with a lot more money if he had not come back and told me it was only the float that needed to be repaired (which he did in a matter of minutes) not a whole new pump. What a relief.... The anxiety of having to deal with a spetic issue is enough to rate anyone low. However, Rick helped us in our time of need and was honest and informative. Count me as a continuing customer.
Professional, friendly, reasonable! We called him because we had gotten an estimate from another company that we thought seemed high. He was very professional & friendly, explained exactly what needed to be done, took care of it, and charged us considerably less. He also explained to us what we needed to do better maintain our system-- a big help!
Very glad I called! For years we had the same person service our septic tank, when I called a couple of days ago I found out he had retired. They referred me to Lakeside septic. Dishonest He did not disclose charges in advance - he then overcharged. He has no published street address to corespond with or listed in any directory. He has poor people skills
Integrity and Experienced Lakeside Septic is dependable and experienced. Rick has been doing this for many years and you can guarantee he will pump your tank in full and let you know if there are issues that could cause problems later. He is very knowledgable. Rick took over Lakeside when his father retired several years ago and has done an excellent job keeping his customers happy.
