We had an awful experience as tenants in our 3 bedroom townhouse in Windermere with Frank Ochilles as our Property manager. He tried to kick us out dor having a dog. He pretended he didn’t know we had a dog when he came over quarterly. Why did he pretend he didn’t know? So he could sell our house. Frank cares about himself and $$$ in his pocket and not the people he works with. Stay far away from Frank and Lakeside Realty Windermere.
