I applied for a house with Dave Holt, which was rented to someone else even after I paid the application fee. Dave Holt stopped answering and responding to my messages after I requested a refund. I only received my refund after going to the office in person, where I was well attended to by the woman. I became interested in another house in their portfolio, and I'm simply being ignored by phone and message! Zero professionalism. I have had a great experience working with PMI Southwest Florida. Dave and Lynn are super kind and helpful, offering priceless peace of mind. They are great at communicating and providing assistance with services needed in my property as well as handling bookings.
