Nancy Guerrero and the PMI team are highly competent and professional, easy to communicate with and ready to help when we need them. We couldn’t ask for more from a rental management company.
We enjoyed our stay in Long Boat Key. The home was lovely, very comfortable and spacious. Beautiful kitchen and everything available for cooking and entertaining. We enjoyed the back porch overlooking the canal and the private pool.
Excellant Home with all the ammenities! We loved our thirty day stay at "Paridise on Prospect". The house was perfect with a well equiped kitchen, all towels and linens and all the beech equipment you will need. My wife and I have stayed in many, many places and we consider this first class. We have been working with PMI for over a year and they are the absolute best! The whole team is friendly, punctual, and they truthfully have the most beautiful homes in the SW Florida area.
