I want to give a big shout out to April, she is absolutely incredible and made our experience awesome. Super friendly and very responsive. Everything was easy, transparent and not stressful at all. April is honest and upfront. She wants her tenants to be happy with their homes. I didn’t get the privilege of staying in one of her homes and regret letting it go since my current landlord turned out to be dishonest. Great company to work with!

If I could give more stars I would. April with Lakeside Property Mngmt has given the best experience I have had with any rental agency. I had rented a condo where the HOA was less than ok. If you are looking for direct contact and you are a good renter. She will keep the peace and keep it supportive where it’s due and call you out if you are at fault.
