Honestly, this has been the best company I've rented from in the past 10+ years of living in Coeur d'Alene. Our property manager has been professional and efficient, and has always been quick-to-act when it comes to any issues that we've had as renters. When our heating went out, they had space-heaters at our doorstep within an hour or two of reporting the outage. April is honest and upfront. She wants her tenants to be happy with their homes. I didn’t get the privilege of staying in one of her homes and regret letting it go since my current landlord turned out to be dishonest. Great company to work with!
I want to give a big shout out to April, she is absolutely incredible and made our experience awesome. Super friendly and very responsive. Everything was easy, transparent and not stressful at all. I rented with Lakeside Property Management for two and a half years, and April and her team were nothing less than stellar the entire time.
