Honestly, this has been the best company I've rented from in the past 10+ years of living in Coeur d'Alene. Our property manager has been professional and efficient, and has always been quick-to-act when it comes to any issues that we've had as renters. When our heating went out, they had space-heaters at our doorstep within an hour or two of reporting the outage. April is honest and upfront. She wants her tenants to be happy with their homes. I didn’t get the privilege of staying in one of her homes and regret letting it go since my current landlord turned out to be dishonest. Great company to work with!
I rented with Lakeside Property Management for two and a half years, and April and her team were nothing less than stellar the entire time. April's responsive, on top of things, and more than fair with her tenants. Best property management company I’ve ever had the pleasure with dealing with. April is extremely easy to work with: I threw some crazy life change situations at her and she graciously accommodated everything. 10 stars, would recommend to a friend.
