The medical staff is excellent but the office staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. The Office Manager leads the staff by example. She is nasty and argumentative. They seem very annoyed when you ask them to do anything. This was the only reason I stopped going here. I know of four other people that left because of the office staff.
I go there love the dr.s and nurses.....they get 5 stars ...but the office workers at front desks is very rude and smart... if it wasn't for me liking the dr.s and nurses i would go somewhere else wish they would give front workers a lesson on bedside manner
There are several doctors so you can make an appointment and be seen almost immediately. They and the entire staff are so pleasant and very helpful. Best doctors in the area because they take time to get to the bottom of your issues. Highly recommended for all your medical needs.
