We needed a new cover for our hot tub. Lakeside indicated it would be several weeks, but the new cover arrived in about half that time. Yesterday the staff showed up at our door and plowed through snow drifts and snow banks to get to our backyard. They efficiently installed the new cover in less than an hour. Much appreciated!
Pool installed by Lakeside a few years ago, and they kept their promise of providing excellent service. We had a light that kept acting up and Steve made a few trips out to make sure it was replaced and working. Thanks again!
Nice people but very disorganized. Had a new liner put in and a salt cell added. Liner was installed with dips at the corners and they left it. Salt cell was not wired up and we had to find our own electrician. A year later they responded to our requests to fix the liner and told us that the corner coping pieces needed to be replaced, which is fine, but they wanted to charge us for multiple call outs to fix their mistake. Closing the pool so we’ll find someone to fix their work next Spring. Pat and Cristy Robb
