We’ve had many of the same issues that everybody else has mentioned. Excuses, delays, lies, garbage workmanship, ethics - they don’t follow through on their commitments. Won’t take responsibility for their subcontractors or the commitments of their own people. We had to file a complaint with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors as have many others. This company has so many issues I could never list them all here. The customer service is literally non existent. We had a pool built and in order to get a lifetime warranty we must purchase their weekly pool maintenance package, which we did. Since October when the pool was finished I have had to complain about them not comleting the work they are supposed to do, per the contract. We had a pool built by Lakeside Pools and we have had nothing but good experiences and services from them. They kept us updated on the estimated completion of the pool and stayed on the schedule and estimated timelines they had given. Since the pool was completed, any issues we have had have been taken care of in a professional manner and Lakeside Pools staff have been very responsive. We absolutely LOVE our oasis backyard now that it is finally completed. The quality of workmanship is EXCELLENT. Lakeside Pools designed and completed our 1/3 acre backyard which was nothing but dirt when they started.
