Bad place to live. If a repair needs to be done good luck. Had a refrigerator problem I complained for 7 months. Never was fixed. Took over a week to get a filter. The outlets wouldn't work half of the time. One good thing they did would work with you if you were late paying rent No emergency phone number for after hours repairs. Not worth the rent ..
