Is absolutely amazing doctor he explains things but as far as going over test results and getting back with you not very good I've called and left four messages and still nobody's called me.
My hubby and I moved from Oregon (purgatory for us!) and had to re-establish with new health care providers for everything. Uggh! I was recommended to see Dr. Kathryn Kline at Lakeside Physicians in Fall Creek. She is my primary care provider. Subsequently, I would have a surprising health journey I did not see coming! This clinic charged me for my annual check-up, which my insurance covers 100%. I'm not sure if Dr. Kline made a mistake or if a staff member used the wrong billing code, but I shouldn't have been charged. It was impossible to dispute the bill over the phone because their system forwards calls to an automated voicemail, which then hangs up on you. I had to go back to the office in person just to speak with someone. I'm still waiting for them to correct the billing mistake.
I see Nancy Wagner and I have got to say she and her nurse are amazing they listen to me and helped me figure out what I needed I would recommend her anyone. She is so sweet and kind
