If I want to schedule an appointment I can talk to someone immediately. If I have any other questions then I must hold for who knows how long. You just lost a patient.
They use a CALL CENTER so it’s annoying and difficult getting ahold of any staff. They care about money, not patients. Much better clinics around here to see instead!
Booked an appointment over the phone as a new patient. We chose 3pm, which is the very earliest I could take off work, drive 30 minutes and get there by. I wasn’t told a single thing about arriving early or filling out any paperwork. Obviously I assumed there would be some paperwork, but I was sent a text asking to fill out online paperwork. From the moment I met her, I felt completely at ease, knowing I was in the best hands. She goes above and beyond to provide exceptional care, making her by far the best doctor I have ever seen.
