I called to make an appointment and Emely said I can’t help you and said I’m hanging up now. And I called back and got another lady who help me out but was rude about it so I decided to go elsewhere. Very unprofessional. Emily you need to be fired immediately!
Showed up for my appointment and they said that it was canceled because I accidentally hung up on them when they called about my appointment, thinking they hung up on me. I said that I was sorry about it and tried to explain myself but the lady in the back was being super rude about it, kept rolling her eyes, and said to make another appointment. I’m definitely not making another appointment.
Not a great experience. Definitely a numbers game. Never felt less cared for.
If I could give lower than 1 star I would. Fort Worth VA sent my husband here to get care closer to where we live. We have now had 4 appointments cancelled/rescheduled, been told that they do not deal with VA. Asked him for his military ID and when he handed his VA ID (as he is 100% disabled) was told that’s not the ID they need for his insurance coverage. First time I came in for an appointment they told me they never even made my appointment despite me calling and making it causing us to wait an extra 2 hours. Another time they told me they’d see me in 4 weeks at my next appointment and then they never made that appointment either making it very obvious that they did not prioritize me or my care. Look for a more reliable office
