Went in with right side abdominal pain, left with the diagnosis that it was just constipation. Proceeded to go to the ER right after this visit because the pain was so bad and I ended up having a 3 mm kidney stone. Disappointed in how the doctor just checked a box and misdiagnosed me rather than referring me to someone who could give me more answers. I definitely don’t recommend this office, go to integrity in Stephenville over this office. I have had now two bad experiences here.
Our appointment was at 8:10am for my son’s physical. Something really easy and that shouldn’t be anytime at all. We showed up early to fill out all of the necessary paperwork and whatnot. Finally, around 8:45am the nurse calls us back to start vitals and etc… She didn’t seem very happy to be there doing her job and was a little snippy with my son. If I want to schedule an appointment I can talk to someone immediately. If I have any other questions then I must hold for who knows how long. You just lost a patient.
They use a CALL CENTER so it’s annoying and difficult getting ahold of any staff. They care about money, not patients. Much better clinics around here to see instead!
