I went to Lakeside physical therapy after having a total knee replacement in November . Grayson Winiger was very caring and professional, explained everything very thoroughly what he was going to do and what exercises I was to do at home.
Came in from out of town asked them to put in gap coverage waited 7 working days nothing not even a call back. called 3 times was told twice in two weeks will discuss in meeting nothing ever happened wasted 7 working days to find therapy. If you are in need to have them put in for gap forget it go elseware.
Ryan was great. Took his time and explained everything. He even caught an infection on my stitch line and made arrangements for me to see my Dr after we were finished. He caught it early and I am very grateful for that. Very nice young man. Would recommend Ryan.
Wonderful staff is both friendly and professional. Thanks to Barry who diligently got me through knee replacement therapy. He was always smiling, helpful and determined to make me work. PT with him and Leslie was fun and entertaining. Thanks guys
