Outstanding customer service ! I was in town a needed a Rx filled-was happy to find a small town , friendly drug store!!
They're the only place I can find Ryaltris, which, is like the BEST prescription nasal spray-EVER!! But, Lakeside Pharmacy, has been so nice and easy to work with, and their delivery is SUPER! They have on-line, as well as, over the phone customer service-both of which are secure and user-friendly.
Tremendous customer service by the staff at Lakeside Pharmacy. I had only been out of my dermatologist appointment for maybe an hour & received a call about the prescription that was sent in (I missed the call) but the nicest person (Janaya- don’t think that’s the correct name, sorry) called me back right at 5:00- even though they were officially closed. She was so helpful , efficient, & knowledgeable. Thank you!
Overall good experience, often I receive my prescriptions the next day.
