They'll let you bill any copays til later, but $3 shy out of pocket? Nope. Have an abscess on my forehead and needed these antibiotics yesterday because even though I scraped up the difference by this morning, it's now surrounding my left eye. Seems impossible that it hasn't gotten inside my skull and going to kill me regardless. They have more power than a judge in this non death penalty state and they've sentenced me to death.
the customer service has gone downhill. the pharmacist that was there today was rude. when I sit there I listen to the way she talks to customers i honestly cannot believe it. today I asked her not to be rude to me and in turn she refused to fill both of my sons prescriptions. never have I been so insulted. this is unacceptable and they need to deal with it before they start to lose valued customers. I for one will not stand to be treated like that. smh.

If you are looking for big box store, go elsewhere. This is a locally owns and operates store who value integrity over streamlining service on thier end. Things like asking a persons pronouns on thiwr General I take make them not just stand out but on top on thier competitors in a way rite aid and Walgreens will never be able to do
The customer service at Lakeside Pharmacy is terrible and I do not plan on fill any more prescription at Lakeside Pharmacy.
They're always fast and helpful
