I love the service I got.they had my girl's back to me in no time and they look great.
Lady gets offended if you disagree on her service plus 4 dogs were 20$ each 1st cut when she left her daughter and open Lakeside our last cut 4|20 was 35$. Lucky me found great new groomer

Our pricing is based on the size of your pet. Your original price of $25 was based on the size of your pets when you originally came. Over the past 3 years your dogs have grown and thus the price difference. Our groomers do not deserve to be talked down to, disrespected, or have leashes tossed at them. I wish your new groomer well.
One they didn't even finish their job they said my dog bite them when my dog has NEVER bite anyone EVER!! Second the next day after she got groomed she had scans all over the top of her head where they cut her doing i dont know what bc she didn't get a hair cut near her head. I will NEVER go back nor will I recommend this pet salon.

It was my pup's first visit to the groomer. They were so kind and took great care of him. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they made it happen.

I am so sorry you feel that you got bad service for your pet. I have talked to our groomer and I feel that there was some miscommunication. She was under the impression that you wanted the dog shaved. Again I am sorry that you feel you got bad service. If you would like we can refund your money.
