Excellent care at Lakeside Pet Hospital! Dr. Kaplow has been taking care of our pets for years. He and his team understand your pets are part of your family. They give you all your options and provide great follow up service and care too.
I am not one to write reviews but Dr. Kaplow is awesome. He and his assistant came in at 10:30 p.m. because my puppy was very sick and not even a patient of the clinic before!! They stayed with my baby through most of the night after they had already worked a full day earlier. He thoroughly explained my options, prices were lower than what other "emergency" vets would have charged me. I did not feel like they were taking advantage of my emotions. We recently selected Lakeside Pet Hospital for our new puppy and we could not be happier with our decision. The facility is conveniently located on Blue Ravine in Folsom and is very clean. The staff is wonderful, very caring and they always remember my dog's name. They are genuinely concerned about my Yorkie and are very gentle with him. I have never had a problem getting an appointment when I needed one and they are reasonably priced. You can not go worng with Lakeside!
We love Lakeside Pet Hopital! Everyone at Lakeside Pet Hospital is very friendly & personable - they always remember us by name. Dr. Pfeil is very kind, gentle & extremely knowledgeable & helpful. We go atleast once a year & have been very satisfied customers for the past 13 years. Thanks for taking such good care of our 4 legged family member.
When I lived in Folsom I went to this hospital one time. Was very surprised at how expensive it was, and the doctor was rather cold. Didn't go back.
