This was my first time & Daugther meeting with MD- Mohammed who come in after labor to assess Baby right away we notice how pleasant , knowledge, very respectful. Her personality was very nature . We Really appreciate the attention to every detail and questions we had. I will recommend MD. Mohammed. Overall shes amazing ,
My husband and I could not be more happy when we chose Lakeside Pediatrics for our son. We see Dr. Abraham and enjoy every visit. She is thorough and explains things to us so well as new parents. She takes the time to answer all our questions. I once messaged through mychart about some eczema my son had expecting a nurse to either message or call me back, but it was Dr. Abraham herself letting me know she was going to submit a prescription. Dr. Muhammad is an amazing pediatrician! She listens to your concerns and explains the reasoning behind her answers. As a first time mom I couldn’t express how safe and comfortable I feel to have my daughter in her care. It’s so meaningful to have someone you can trust. If you’re someone who likes to understand the reasons/why while also feeling heard, she’s your pediatrician!
I used to be able to call lakeside pediatrics number (for the past 16 years!!) and speak with a receptionist right away to schedule appointments, speak to the nurse etc. now it’s an automated service that takes 20 mins to call back. The person that finally called me back was from an outside service only to tell me that the actual office would give me a call back. Not a huge fan of Lakeside. Dr Johnson is a wonderful and kind provider I would give her a 5/5 star, but the clinic alone is an absolute no for our family. The front desk personnel hide behind plexiglass and hardly even look at you when you walk in. I never once in 18 months saw one of them smile or engaged. Their MAs seem like they’d rather not be there and aren’t the nicest, they had one girl who was sweet and kind but I never saw her again after 1 visit.
