Great doctor and staff, even better results. Dr. Waterhouse has a great personality and it shows! Would definitely recommend.
Dr.Waterhouse is rude, insensitive and lacks any kind of rapport. Do not take your children there! Response to Lakeside: I wasn't a patient (THANK GOODNESS), my teenage great nephew WAS. I was present when you berated him about breaking a bracket. He was already full of anxiety before going in. You did not stop to think about a child's feelings before tearing into him, making him feel even worse about the situation! Every word out of your mouth were completely unnecessary! This place is amazing! I started treatment here as an adult (over 40), and everything went super smooth. The doctor is seriously awesome and works wonders with teeth. My son also got his braces here and had a great experience, and now my daughter is just getting started with hers today. The staff is always friendly and helpful—we’ve felt taken care of every step of the way. Couldn’t recommend this place more if you’re looking for great orthodontic care for the whole family!
