Very professional eye doctor. I love how she has patience and the exam isn’t rushed , so overall I get an accurate reading. Some office ladies are kind, but others are need to be more kind and respectful. I didn’t feel welcome, but overall I would go because of the doctor.
I made an appointment and on the day the receptionists tell me they don’t have it on record. I told them one of the employees confirmed day and time a week before. It was as if I was there asking for charity they ignored me. The place charges a lot per visit. It is only because they think they are in a luxurious building and area. The service is not worth it. If there is any question about anything then receptionists tell you to solve it yourself they won’t help you.
I was in & out for my initial appointment, and for my last one too!!!! “Sochi” has like literally, the best customer service in the I 🤷♀️ if it’s cause she’s the only one there running thangs or what lol I just strongly suggest- ckin this place out for your all around care, have a blessed day
