Called to see about self pay and discuss insurance questions, the gentleman I spoke with was extremely courteous and helpful. While their MRI machine was currently down and they were unable to see me right away, he had some great advice for me and was able to recommend a nearby clinic. Bottom line is, I really felt like they cared.
