Terrible organization. They do not enforce their own rules and go out of the way to avoid enforcing them!
This is a nice neighborhood! People are out walking, playing tennis, etc., and the lake is well kept and peaceful to be around. It's quiet, and friendly.
If you enjoy going out to eat cafeteria style then this is your place. One and done
