I'd give a -5 if possible. This is the most inept medical facility I have had to deal with in quite some time. Needed only a DOT physical which was instructed to use this facility. I called to make an appointment and told appt not needed to just come in. that they open at 7:30. I got here well before 7:00 so I could be one of the 1st appt. , well did that backfire, I've been waiting since doors open and its 10:15 now. When I calmly ask any ??? Doctor was rude. Before seeing the doctor I was told to "strip down everything except underwear" then sat in that room for over 30 minutes waiting for the doctor THIS WAS FOR A DOT PHYSICAL!
-5! Unfortunately I have to give 1 star to leave a review. Being in the medical field for 25 years I would compare this place to a 3rd world country clinic. I was forced to go here because of a WC issue. Our County government employees deserve so much better than this. The staff was unprofessional, uneducated, disrespectful to you, disrespectful of your time and the location was not clean and it smelled. I WENT TO THIS Medical Center on Feb 16, 2017 and I had a very nice experience. The staff were very professional and educated. What I like the most is that since I enter the clinic I had a nice smile. The lady at the front was very helpful. And cooperative. I can't. Believe that people are giving them such a bad review. I'M NOT AN EMPLOYEE, I m a happy client.
