Gerry the receptionist answered the phone all 4 times when I called, left me on hold for at least 5 minutes every time I called. Then after leaving several messages for the MD to call me back she refused to let me talk the them or even pass along my message. She then stated that the MD there does not feel comfortable talking to me over the phone! Wonderful people there from the front desk to the doctor. I was there on a workers comp claim and was treated very well. Very hopeful and optimistic mixed with kindness, just what you need when you are in pain.
