It's because this place obviously paid for reviews when they first started. This was one of the worst doctors' experiences ever. I still feel upset about how I was treated. After being a very satisfied patient for 8 yrs plus, I was suddenly double billed. The situation was so unexplicable. The office was warned directly from Medicare 4 times that I was not responsible .I called so many times to get an appointment, and their answer was no. The rudest front desk ever. Doctors are great, but front desk service is very intimidating.
Cancelled time sensitive tests for my wife without telling us and then dropped her as a patient without a word or any follow up until we asked them where our test results were. When asked they simply said "You're no longer a patient at this office seek care elsewhere" We were fully paid in advanced with no outstanding balance. 17 years in medicine myself and I've never experienced anything like it. I can't say enough great things about this practice. Dr. Monica Hannon has been my doctor for the last eight years and this last month did a partial hysterectomy for me. For those that have anxiety about health, there can't be a better doctor for you. I had multiple large fibroids, and she removed my uterus. That was the size of a basketball.
