Sadly having to leave 1 star review due to Terri’s unprofessional behavior. Dr Trebian seems great otherwise but a clinic staff shouldn’t act this way. Between talking to insurance and figuring out after my billing, Terri has been awful. She has rudely laughed in my face, said “sorry if YOU don’t understand your insurance benefits” (I do, but insurance had told me they billed me incorrectly - whether that’s the case or not) the point is Terri got nasty really quick on the phone while figuring this out. Dr.T has such a calming presence during a delivery. She answers all your questions through out your pregnancy and has a great demeanor the whole time. She is a wonderful clinician.
