First I’d just like to mention how easy it was to set up an appointment!! They are fast with replying and very friendly! I also would like to acknowledge dr Andrew for being very kind and good at what he does! He reassured any concerns I had and had no problem repeating anything! He definitely knows what he’s doing! I really appreciated the welcoming environment as my last experience in a vet was the worst experience of my life! The staff are so kind and friendly at Lakeside Niagara Vet Clinic. Dr. Bush is so good with my active pups and always takes the extra time to answer any questions or address any concerns.

The staff are excellent.so careing. Today Dr Andrew helped Linus with an ear infection. Linus loved him . Can't say enough about all of the staff . Beautiful people Thank you for your care Love from Linus and family.
The absolute best vet I’ve ever brought an animal to! They are welcoming, caring and literally call once or twice a week after the visit to check in on my pet!
