I feel so blessed to have found Lakeside Niagara Veterinary Clinic the staff are professional, compassionate and loving! I want to thank you all for the care, love and understanding you have given my rescue Reggie who deals with fear reactivity! You all have the touch that brings comfort and love to each and every animal and their parents 🥰
They were new for me because my last vet looked at me like a cash machine especially when my cat was at end of life. I brought my cat to Lakeside for a second opinion and Dr Liz was so kind so compassionate. They tried to help my cat as much as they could. we ended up giving her pain meds and and antibiotics and they gave us complete information how to administer the medication. We had our first vet appointment with our chocolate lab puppy Charlie and I just want to say the staff are amazing! Andrew was our veterinarian and it was clear he genuinely cares about his patients. He answered all of our questions and made us feel very comfortable, explaining everything in detail. After having bad experiences at previous vet clinics, we are so happy to have found Lakeside, and will be switching our 8 year old Doberman here as well. Thanks again to the amazing staff!!
