I've been to this salon several times, and my first few experiences were great, which is why I continued coming back. Unfortunately, my last visit was the complete opposite. While the technician did a good job on my pedicure, her attitude toward me was unacceptable. As I was picking out my polish color, she looked me up and down, repeatedly sucked her teeth, rolled her eyes during my service, and didn't even speak to me. I’ve been going here for years. I started going for manicures and pedicures. After a few manicures, I realized I need a much higher quality level for my hands. They don’t really do art and/or gel x at the level I require. They often broke and/or were too thick. But, they do a great job on pedicures - especially Alan. So, I went for that reason today. Great little shop. I got a regular manicure without gel and the polish lasted longer than expected before it began peeling.
This is the first time using this salon, and I am really happy with the service and results. I did, however, have them do a house call instead of going to the salon. I normally go to the salon but due to circumstances I'm unable to go. Given it was a house call I knew it was going to cost more. However, the person who came was so sweet and did an excellent job. I had a regular mani pedi done and it came out beautiful. I cant wait until I can go in person to get the full experience.
I’ve been to a few nail salons in the neighborhood and I’ve found my favorite here! Very kind people, thorough work and also good prices! Will be back for sure!
