Purchased a brand new 2025 Jaecoo J8 in August 2025 for $63,000. The engine light came on the same day of collection. Since then, the car has broken down five times for the same fault. Communication has been extremely poor. Manager John Cundari repeatedly failed to respond to my emails, made assurances that were not kept, and avoided meeting with us in person when we attended the dealership seeking a resolution.
