Absolutely love this place. We have been there 5 or 6 times at least. John & Julie work diligently to make everyone's stay pleasurable and relaxing. The restaurant offers moderately priced delicious meals for all appetites. The lodge has a large array of unique gift items, and delicious Montana huckleberry products. John and Julie are an honest, hard working, down to earth couple who have turned the motel and lodge into a five star place to stay.

A great place to go relax and enjoy beautiful Montana! Nice clean rooms! Always a friendly face and staff to say hi and make you feel welcome!! Definely making another trip to this beautiful resort!!
Great place to eat, great bar and service. I eat there and take family when they are in town and they love it. They do great things for there community by bringing many hunting, fishing, wheeling and winter fun to the area. Don't let a few internet stalkers most from out of state put down such a fine community oriented business!!

I have had the enjoyable experience of an evening out at Lakeside Resort and it was a wonderful experience!!!!! Everything you would expect a true Montana dining experience to be.....wonderful food, exceptional service, friendly fellow patrons, and the ambiance was exactly what you would imagine a mountain lodge to be. I am recommending this establishment to all of my friends both in state and out. AND the gift shop has excellent choices for those gift giving ideas.
Hunting is barbaric and not a sport, it is murder.
