Don’t let them fool you with the updated pictures it’s a mess the buildings are dirty and falling apart it’s always a bunch of noise there’s 6-8 people living in 1 apartment the trash is picked up but the dumpster stays over flowing with trash all onto the ground causing rodents and stray cats everyone smokes marijuana just openly on the balconies in their apartments which then travels into your home from the vents. Water bill extremely high but outside of that I'm having zero issues
Ever since new management has taken over it's been great. New gym and renovations make it better to live there.
Moving into this apartment community was clearly the worst decision I've ever made. Spiders, Rodents, Filth and passive management behavior is exactly what you're gonna get out of this.
I like the community. So calm and neat and maintenance fixed all my issues when I moved it
I like the new upgrades, love Valet trash pick up, clean, close to shopping areas and beltway, waiting for the updraded gym to reopen.
