Sanny who answer the phone was very short with me. I was trying to book a appointment for my Daughter who is 13 years old, I didn't realize she had her appointment this year already for her 12 year old check up. See my child is there a lot for her health and breathing problems. However the she did not need to rude and short. This office is really sad they laid off a lot of people doing this pandemic. The only reason I still go to this office because of VASANTI and her staff. They are wonderful that why I am giving a 4 star.

Very poorly run medical group led by front office assistants who sit around laughing and do next to nothing. Expect a long wait and expect to deal with a disorganized billing department. A rep with Lakeside Medical always promises to "improve" things but nothing ever changes.
