I've never seen a more DANGEROUS driver!! It was POURING down rain as in ZERO visibility and he was weaving in and out of traffick and cutting people off! He was tailgating cars until they were ABLE to move over.. once I passed him it was some squirrely guy chewing on a cigarette. Then he jumped right behind me and tailgated me. He was so close that if I had to abruptly put on my breaks then he would have plowed into me!! If this is the way their drivers conduct themselves then I wouldn't want them in my home!!
