Aside from the people that they allow to live there - the management is completely out of control. My first landlord stole deposits and rent from over 10 tenants. The second landlord, Bev, continued to harass multiple tenants until they moved out. They'll pick favorites and let them get away with murder. Create random fees you need to pay. And don't hold up to the lease rules, for everyone, depends on if they like you are not.
