My mother lives there and I have been driving her car for several months while I go through cancer treatment since my car isn't reliable and my window doesn't go up. Yesterday was the SECOND time they have confronted my mom about my car. They asked why the window doesn't go up!! As IF its their business!! My mom is elderly and told them it doesn't work rather than telling them to FO! They asked WHY I don't fix it!!!! we moved in Oct 19. LOVE IT. Neighbors are great, staff are friendly and maintenance excellent. Grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Lakeside Manor takes care of their tenants. Very impressed.
I just moved here a little over a week ago! It is the best place Ive lived at in all 18yrs Ive been in Evansville. The people in the office is so nice and just a perfect place to live
quiet place for seniors to live, nice clean community and the apartments are nice size and all appliances are furnished and they have great maintenance
My husband and I moved here in August of 2018 and we love it here. So close to shopping, groceries and restaurants. Office staff very nice and good to work with. It's just a very lovely community I would recommend to anyone 55 and over.
I moved here in February 2018, and love it. Easy to get to anywhere I want to go. I have a beautiful view on the big lake, too.
