Have only been a resident here for 4 months, but I feel justified in the high rating. Property is well kept and we love the apartment layout and making it our own. The Property maintenance team has been good. Kevin has been amazing and has really helped in a pinch as we have a newborn. Would def recommend and believe the bad reviews are years back with old management. I feel safe.
I have been residing at Lakeside Landing Apartments for approximately 5 months. The complex is beautiful, and the pond adds to its scenic beauty. I have experienced no issues with neighboring tenants. However, I’m unhappy with my lease. They are misleading in regard to monthly cost, particularly regarding hidden fees and charges included in the monthly rent. This place was great. Staff is attentive. Kiana was especially helpful in answering my questions. She was great to talk to. Great experience overall. Will definitely recommend this place to others.
I have lived here since September 2025 and I am so happy here. The staff is so incredible and quick to respond. Kevin with maintenance is on top of the requests. He’s so professional, friendly, and always willing to take an extra moment to answer questions. Living here has been a really positive experience this last 9 months.
