The worst part is, if you have other options, go somewhere else. This is the worst place you could choose. You'll waste your time and money. In the end, they don't return any of your deposit and they demand a large sum when you move in, even if you have a good credit score. They say they'll return it as soon as your contract ends, but they never do. This place is a scam. It's all chill and nice with the pond. But they literally lie to you about what monthly charges you will have every month. They don't tell you about the very small print hidden in the lease about having to pay all these stupid third party companies for their really bad services. The valet trash is ridiculous, and you're forced to pay for it. the laundry units on site are absolutely disgusting, there's still gum stuck in the dryer in building 4 and of course they're ran by a third party company so you ca... read more
DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! This was one of the worst rental experiences of my life, I would give zero stars if I could! The units have black mold in the walls, and despite communicating this with management multiple times, nothing was ever done. My cat now has mold induced asthma from living at this property and has cost us hundreds in vet bills to diagnose and treat. One of the worst rental experiences of my life. 15 months of pure awful. Mold growing out of the walls, packages constantly stolen off of my porch and out of lockers. Laundry on site doesn’t work consistently. Our apartment flooded at least 5 times from upstairs (we had ground floor). They will bill utilities through a 3rd party company. I lived at Lakeside Landing for four years. What I experienced was not just disappointing — it was unsafe, negligent, and deeply unprofessional. The property markets itself as a “gated community,” but the gates rarely function. When they do, it lasts days at best. I was given a gate code that never worked and was forced to use a generic #1234 code. I was refused a second fob for my second vehicle.
