They are so nice to us when we buy a Kia but when we want to sell it back due to personal reasons and they were rude on the phone and when we went into person they were arrogant and rude giving us a low price like we are just giving it away when we haven’t even drove it that far and the kilometres were low the guys name is deep extremely rude and arrogant never again
Huge thanks to the team at Caroline Springs Kia. My car had an issue and another service centre could not pinpoint the cause. They identified the fault immediately and had it repaired the same day. Friendly, honest and efficient, exactly what you want from a service centre.
Great service! Was looking for a car when I met Steve, shows me few options, test drive the car and I love it ! Try their coffee ☕ Steve convinced, and it was a great service. I settle for Kia Grey. I encourage you to go with the dealer options if you not too sure. Cheers!
Put my car in for repair the other week, which was thankfully under warranty. The ladies I spoke with were always very polite and professional.
