Extremely Disappointing and Incompetent Service While the sales team here is actually quite nice, the service center is a nightmare. The first time I took my car in, my glove box was perfectly fine until they broke it themselves and then tried to prop it up with a piece of paper to pretend it was fixed. It fell apart as soon as I got home. On another visit, they left my bash plate hanging with just one screw, which is flat-out dangerous. They “fixed” my tailgate and it broke again immediately. Extremely Disappointing and Incompetent Service Lakeside Isuzu Ute I booked my vehicle for service, but the experience was a continuous and frustrating nightmare. It began with a factory fault driver sun visor, which wouldn’t stay in position and could not be adjusted properly. We left the car for the day, but when we picked it up, it was installed incorrectly again. We had to rebook to get it fixed, causing repeated delays and lost work time. I brought my car 2 years ago from lakeside was amazing service back then and now Recently took my Isuzu Mux to lakeside to carry out some repairs and the service team were amazing to deal with, I couldn’t be more happier with how they handled the situation from great communication to throughly checking everything over and carrying out repairs so promptly So much care and thought compared to other dealerships I’ve been too!
