I strongly discourage anyone from doing business with Isuzu Lakeside. I purchased an MUX from them in 2022, and it’s still under the new car warranty. I’ve reported a manufacturer-related safety issue, but their response has been shockingly dismissive. They told me they’ll “get to it when they can,” and offer no rental car or support in the meantime — even though it’s a warranty safety issue.
