I was serviced several times by these people. All miracles were processed. All excellent professionals, but Norm, is incredible talented. Just the best.
brought my 7.3 Ford diesel truck in for a hard starting issue. I explicitly requested a compression test first before any work was done. I was told the truck needed 2 injectors, so I paid $2500 and had the injector and coolant replaced. The truck didn't start any better. So I bought the tools and checked the compression myself, and the engine was well below manufacturer specifications. So as far as I'm concerned, he duped me and ripped me off.
