We have been residing at Lakeside Holdings for almost ten years. Our experience has been very good, but each building could be owned by a different company, which sometimes equates to a different property manager. Reasonable rent, but it's difficult to get our common area serviced. Carpet is stained and worn out. I can only speak for our building, but rent is very reasonable. Quiet area
