I really love this place. the staff is friendly and helpful when there is an issue. The maintenance crew does a wonderful job with upkeep of the grounds and taking care of any issues i the building. The underground parking in the heated garage is awesome in the winter. I would highly recommend Lakeside Hills.
Roomy apartments, great garage space, and a fantastic maintenance and clubhouse team. Very happy with this neighborhood and hope it remains as quiet as it is now!
This apartment complex has been my home since June of 2014. Absolutely no regrets. This is carefree living personified. No more concerns of maintaining furnace, plumbing, clearing snow off my car or driveway. So convenient to Lakeside Hospital and clinics, Bakers and Target, banking facilities, Legacy and Village Pointe Shoppes.
Great administrative staff (friendly and attentive). Really good maintenance staff (friendly, knowledgeable and timely). Great community (friendly, quiet, respectful). Plenty of amenities (pool, library, fitness room and rentable clubhouse space).

Great apartment community. Super staff that is very receptive to any requests. Large apartments with tons of storage and private balconies. Underground parking, great fitness center with saunas and clean private pool are some extra pluses. Plus it is a super quiet community that is perfect for us older adults.
This is a great place to call HOME. Friendly and helpful staff, well-maintained property, safe and quiet location, friendly neighbors and close to many businesses, restaurants.
