Update- ***Everything seems to be working quite well. They replaced the new system. All is good now and has been for many months.-- thank you Lakeside!---***One year after installation of new heat and air system and we still don't have a working heat pump. Wish we would get a response to our emails and calls. Very disappointed with customer service.
Lakeside was thorough, friendly and efficient in replacing our AC unit a few years ago. Could not have been happier with that original experience. A few one off issues (not from that install or prior work) have crept up since and they went way out of their way to help…even on things they weren’t responsible for. They just said it’s about being a good neighborly business and helping out. That may sound corny but it’s exactly how I feel working with them. From start to finish, Lakeside Heating is a top notch company. Each time I called during the project, the phone was picked up promptly by a real person. When my furnace broke unexpectedly, the owner of the company came out the next day and diagnosed the problem. My service tech Ryan was knowledgeable and able to diagnose and fix a multi step problem on site. The final price was extremely competitive. I highly recommend this company and will be using them for any HVAC needs moving forward.
