One year after installation of new heat and air system and we still don't have a working heat pump. Wish we would get a response to our emails and calls. Very disappointed with customer service.
Lakeside Heating & Cooling installed a new central A/C a few months ago, and we were impressed with their quality service. Yesterday, our furnace stopped producing heat, and knowing the great experience we had with Lakeside, we called them to help us get our heat running. They answered the phone (no phone tree or answering service!) and within one hour they were here fixing our furnace. Let’s start here. You couldn’t ask for a higher integrity experience if you are looking for someone to assess what you really need and not selling you the works. We had a heat/AC pump at the end of its life and a furnace that is in midlife. Jason came out promptly and assessed the situation quickly. Unlike a few other companies, who wanted to replace everything including the thermostats and controls, he listened to my situation and proposed replacing the heat pump with an AC only unit. Last year we had the Lakeside team replace our AC unit, and we knew then that we'd bring them back when it was time to replace our furnace. That happened last week, and they were just as professional, efficient and easy to work with this time around. From start to finish, they were communicative, helpful and competent.
