I called for an appointment, looking for an internist, as I had just moved into the area. Spoke with someone that said I needed to fill out my health history and either mail it in or bring it in. I chose the latter to expedite the process. Sat and waited my turn and had to fill out more paper work. Left thinking Imwould get to see a MD.
