I went in with tooth ache came out with same tooth ache and more teeth hurting and my gum and a apt for a cleaning in four months be fore the cleaning I called to change apt to have tooth pulled and they made a apt for next day. I got there in time and they went to look at tooth and told me they couldnt do anything for me. My question is the affordable plan affordable if you get nothing done.

Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Yes Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Yes, it was comfortable Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Was the dental equipment clean? Absolutely! It looked brand new Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!

Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Did this dentist practice good oral hygiene? Definitely! They had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen! Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes

Does this provider remember you by name? Sometimes, but not always Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure? No, but I was able to read a magazine

Was the dental equipment clean? Absolutely! It looked brand new Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Did this dentist answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly
