good I like how they require all the proper vaccinations to prevent the spread of sickness. My dog wasn't very comfortable there but the groomer did her best to not upset him.
Wonderful caring shop After reading the reviews I decided to take my dog to Lakeside Grooming. I can say with a strong conviction that they were wonderful with my dog. She had a bath, nails clipped, and groomed to the nines. I would not hesitate to take my dog back to this shop.
great service; knowledgeable Owner was wonderful, explained how to take care of my dog so she will good between groomings. Tica looked great and was in and out in an hour and was very happy. been going their now for three years.
DO NOT GET YOUR ANIMALS GROOMED HERE!! I have two mini schnauzers that I took here. When we got there the woman was very short and rude. I should have left but decided everyone has good days and bad say I left my dogs there. When I picked my dogs up she chewed me out and tried to tell me they were both over weight and need to go on diets and my dogs are not over weight. I had half a mind to not pay her. My dogs were not cut in a correct schauzer cut and the lighting is really bad so I couldn't see every detail on my dogs. I ... read more
I take my dog to the groomer once a year to get his hair cut short for the summer. When I arrived at Lakeside, the groomer proceeded to chew me out for not getting his hair cut sooner and tried to convince me that grooming animals is as important as grooming a child. I should have walked out of the place then but I thought I'd give her a chance. The grooming job itself matched the customer service. They were both TERRIBLE! I will never return to Lakeside grooming again and would never encourage anyone else to go there either... read more
