Very poor support during hardwood refinishing process. Initial refinishing was done with us out of town with no prior consultation on stain color and not even a mention of what finish we wanted (oil was selected for us without asking). They were gracious enough to redo but second experience was just as bad. I expressed a lot of concerns with making sure we were confident on stain and finish before proceeding.
