Very poor support during hardwood refinishing process. Initial refinishing was done with us out of town with no prior consultation on stain color and not even a mention of what finish we wanted (oil was selected for us without asking). They were gracious enough to redo but second experience was just as bad. I expressed a lot of concerns with making sure we were confident on stain and finish before proceeding. My husband and I worked with Lakeside to get all of our carpet downstairs redone, and also new vinyl upstairs with an additional carpet segment. We also did a carpet runner on the stairs and an additional rug from the left over carpet. We really enjoyed the quality of the customer service. Everyone is very knowledgeable and answered all questions. Fast responses by email and phone. The work done was of a good quality, and we were very happy with how it turned out. We are very pleased with our experience with lakeside flooring, from our first meeting to the installation everyone was professional and made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction the first time. It was done when we were told it would be. The floor looks great , they put the baseboard back on. We are very satisfied and would recommend them.
