Absolutely horrible communication. I’ve been trying to get a prescription refill for nearly a month and no one returns my calls or responds on their app platform!
Disappointing and highly unprofessional behavior exhibited by this healthcare facility. I set up a telehealth appointment for 3:30. I received numerous reminders of said appointment. I had the telehealth app open, waiting several minutes before 3:30. It is now 4:00. No one has called me. Their phone numbers go to voicemail every time (and have been the last 4 days). Samantha is not only professional but extremely knowledgeable of most anything a primary doctor should be. She is not a sales person like most doctors are these days. She will not hesitate to tell you if she disagrees with your personal diagnosis. She will also help you regardless of your opinion of your own health. She will not let you sit and suffer. She is a different kind of doctor.
The Issaquah office has been abandoned. The front and back door are covered in UPS delivery stickers, weeds are growing in the buildings gutters. Also, there's some type of alarm constantly sounding off inside the building. There was no message sent to patients of the closure and the phone is never answered or calls returned.
I’ve emailed and called about a physician, and I haven’t heard anything back at all. You guys really need to work on communication... seriously
