From start to finish, my experience at this office was absolutely amazing. Arianne C, who scheduled my appointment, was incredibly helpful and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I came to Charlotte from Buffalo, Ny about 7 yrs ago where I had a great Team of caring Providers. I have been with Lakeside Novant ever since, I moved 35 miles away nearly 3 yrs ago, 5 miles away from another Clinic but choose to stay here because of Dŕ. Zufall, he is vey caring, detailed and attentive during my visits, a great Doctor. The staff there is great also from check in to checkout and everyone in-between.
Dr J. Obi is the BEST primary physician. She is genuinely concerned and extremely patient.
