From the moment you walk in the door, the staff at Lakeside Family Dentistry makes you feel welcome and comfortable. Everyone is incredibly kind, and the atmosphere is wonderfully warm and friendly. The entire team is not only highly skilled but also genuinely caring, taking the time to listen to concerns and explain everything clearly. It's a truly positive dental experience that combines professional expertise with a compassionate touch.
Wonderful Doctors and staff!
Charged $500 dollars for initial exam which included basic x-rays. Refused to preauthorize work with my dental insurance and even after my insurance paid, still receiving bill for $350 dollars. Never received ONE follow up call to perform work. This place is horrible and I have several friends that have failed dental work from this establishment. Avoid and find an ethically runed dental practice!
10/10. I just became a patient with lakeside after spending most of my life getting dental cleanings/work from gentle dental. This office has exceeded all of my expectations and set the bar high. Everyone is friendly and kind. The doctors have excellent bed side manners and you can tell the staff is happy there! Great job! Happy to have found them!
